Our B2B Meetings offer the possibility of identifying potential business opportunities to suit the participants interests and business needs by requesting meetings with representatives from most of the companies in the event. These pre-arranged informal/introductory meetings will be organized in 20-minute intervals according to each company's availability.

Every company participating at the Mexico's Supply Chain Nearshoring Summit El Paso 2025 will be able to manage all of the B2B Meetings stages through their administration panel.

Attendees will be able to define the format of their B2B Meetings (only in-person) according to their participation preference.

How our B2B Meetings work?

The B2B Meetings process consist in 3 stages:

STAGE 1: Complete your Company Profile and define your B2B Team.


(From Monday, November 25, 2024 at 08:00hrs. MT to Monday, March 7, 2025 at 14:00hrs. MT)

1. The first step is to complete your Company's Profile by filling out your Company's Information.

2. Then, define/assign your B2B Team Members (up to two of your company’s representatives in the event, who will be able to attend the B2B Meetings).

STAGE 2: B2B Meetings Request, Confirmation and Scheduling.

(From Monday, March 10, 2025 at 10:00hrs. MT to Friday, March 21, 2025 at 16:00hrs. MT)


3. Once the Stage 2 begins, it will be time to make B2B Meeting Requests in order to identify the companies of your interest. Detailed profiles of each company will be provided to help you select your best fit.

4. Other participant companies are likely to look into your profile and request a meeting. You will be able to revise B2B Meetings requests, confirm or reject them.
5. As soon as one of your meetings requests is confirmed, you will be notified in order for you to schedule it through the option “Confirmed Requests”, by choosing the date, time and format (only in-person), according to both parties availability and preferences. Following this process, you will be able to shape and complete your B2B Meetings schedule as desired.
6. Participants will be able to keep going through steps 3 to 5 during STAGE 2 Process on a daily basis. Each day, they will be able to see new companies' registrations and may receive new meetings requests to suit their interests.

STAGE 3: Attend your B2B Meetings.

7. According to the schedule shaped during STAGE 2, log in into your participant’s platform, go to the “Schedule” option in the menu, where you will be able to get the information for each scheduled meeting and attend them onsite, according to your format selections.
